Include MCP server + codebase indexing settings in import/export

Hi team,

Right now, the import/export feature doesn’t include MCP server settings or codebase indexing configurations. This means when we move setups between machines or share with team members, we have to reconfigure these manually.

It would be great if import/export could also handle:

• MCP server settings
• Codebase indexing settings

This would make it much easier to keep environments consistent across different setups.
