This is a placeholder for A11y issues.

This all started because a blind user (@audioses) can't use a feature (Indexing) because it is not visible to screen readers, I am making a PR specifically for this issue, but this, along with the call out for A11y prompt for the Modes gallery, kinda points to the community needing to takeup some Accessibily audits and make some quality gates for the extension. (There are VSC extensions to help with checking .ts and .tsx components / code)

Anyway, join us and help make a list we can triage and turn into issues. Feel free to list them out here too, if you are more comfortable doing this on GH proper.
