Add Bright Data Web MCP provider

Please add an MCP server for Bright Data. I believe there is an integration there already for Roo Code: https://brightdata.com/blog/ai/roo-code-with-web-mcp

Currently we may add it manually via global provider, but would be easier to set it from a list, like it can be done with Oxylabs or other MCPs:
