Support for Amazon Q CLI Integration

Description:
It would be incredibly valuable if Kilo Code could integrate support for the Amazon Q CLI—similar to how it currently supports other AI models and agents.

Use case:

• Enable seamless workflows by allowing Kilo's VS Code AI agents to delegate certain tasks directly to the Amazon Q CLI (e.g., in-terminal code scaffolding, file-level modifications, AWS resource interactions).
• Combine Kilo’s context-aware VS Code features with Amazon Q’s powerful agentic command-line capabilities—especially valuable for automating workflows or extending Kilo’s capabilities beyond the editor.

Benefits:

• Enhanced developer productivity through tighter integration between IDE-based agents and agentic CLI tools.
• Ability to perform powerful multi-step operations directly from within Kilo workflows—e.g., scaffolding projects, updating files, running AWS commands, etc.

Potential Approaches:

• Allow users to configure the Amazon Q CLI path within Kilo settings.
• Provide new mode(s) or command palette options to trigger Amazon Q CLI actions (e.g., q chat, q issue) from within the editor.
• Capture and display outputs elegantly in Kilo’s UI (e.g., terminal panel or inline annotations).
