Modes specific custom Temperature && Todo list tool

Instead of configuring custom temperature and enable/disable to-do list tool from Provider section, if it can be configurable from modes configuration, I think it will be more useful.
For an example, I can set Architect mode temperature to 0.7 and i can disable Todo list tools for Ask mode.
