Provide jsonschema for autocomplete and config validation

Looks like you don't provide these yet and/or they're not a thing anywhere.

For yaml or json files (doesn't matter what format)

we'd want to be able to do :

# yaml-language-server: $schema=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kilo-org/kilocode/main/schemas/kilocodemodes.schema.json

customModes:
...

{
  "$schema": "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kilo-org/kilocode/main/schemas/kilocodemodes.schema.json"
  ...
}

you should also provide schemas for all other config files
