Output streaming for command line tool use

Currently long running shell commands do not show any meaningful output in the chat window. It is hard to tell if they are stuck or making progress. I have to kill them after 5+ minutes and manually run in terminal in order to see console logs.

It would be helpful if the command line tool is able to stream in the chat terminal console logs.
