Allow the mode-switching keys to be re-bound.

Depending on what form factor and layout of keyboard a user is using, cmd+. might not be an ergonomic/convenient key to strike. It would be great if this key could be changed in Keyboard Shortcuts. I took a look and it doesn't look like this is currently possible.
