Add Copy Button to Subtask Instructions Block

Description

In Orchestrator mode, the generated "Subtask Instructions" block currently lacks a copy button. This makes it difficult to copy the instructions while preserving their markdown formatting.

Current Behavior

• Subtask instructions are displayed in a dedicated block before being handed off to the coding subtask
• The block does not include a copy icon/button
• Manual text selection and copying breaks markdown formatting and introduces formatting issues

Requested Feature

Add a copy button (similar to other blocks) to the Subtask Instructions block that:

• Copies the raw markdown content to clipboard
• Preserves original formatting

Use Case

This would be particularly useful for:

• Reviewing and refining subtask instructions outside of Cursor/vscode
• Sharing instructions with team members
• Debugging and iterating on orchestration workflows
