Send a notification when you exceed a certain context window size

Inspired by this X thread.

This user tracks the context window size and switches to a new model whenever the size exceeds 500k (he found models getting useless after around this size). Less mental effort = get a notification whenever the context window size exceeds [insert a settings value here].

Please enable the feature: Roo Code 3.17 Released - Experimental - Intelligently condense the context window.
It uses an LLM call to summarize the past conversation when the task's context window is almost full, rather than dropping old messages.
Disclaimer: The cost of summarizing is not currently included in the API costs shown in the UI.

Automatic compression has been released but we're still getting reports that people are bumping into this issue. Possibly disabling automatic context condensing and not understanding the repercussions.

Would be great if we can add a warning, maybe color the bar red whenever they go over 50%.

Some models (Gemini 2.5 pro) have tiered pricing, where if you go above 200k context window you pay about 3x. Would be nice to let the user know this is happening and suggest them to /smol, /compact or /newtask.
