Users should be able to upload their entire custom system prompt to the marketplace, encompassing not only the core system-prompt-* content but also their role definitions and other relevant configurations. The upload workflow remains consistent for all these elements.

The workflow file also has the same goal with system prompt

100% Agreed.

@Smartsheet-JB-Brown @NamesMT and @axmo all had great ideas and code in the original Marketplace for a community (Github repo) driven system for collections of mainly prompts and modes (and now Workflows).

We were on the fence about MCPs because we saw MS handling that space for us and we could figure out how to use the Contribution points (like @complyue s PR #684 does for exposed lm.tools) from MCP's tools as our own... and we were kinda right about that, MS supports 100% of the MCP 2.0 spec and has a very good Installer.

Unfortunately the maintainer did not agree and replaced it with what's in Roo now, and that's what Kilo pulled in
