The "edit mode" config pane should be also a tab on settings #403

Yeah that's a good point. I believe @lifesized has a LOT of design ideas for the settings menu - and the fact you have to go to different places for different settings is maybe my number one pet peeve too |

@druellan We will definitely be adding a way to edit modes in "Settings". Thanks for bringing this one up. I will create a ticket for this. |

Circling back on this: After some consideration I've decided to add the prompts button to the topbar: @druellan let me know if you have any further feedback! |

I will let this change rest for now, but mark my words, I'm coming back for the prompts button and only one of us will walk out of the room. |

Thanks guys, and yeah, that works! But I must say the "Modes" window has clearly a 1.0 vibe and perhaps worth a second look as a whole in the future, in particular the global options that are thrown in there, and specially how they are going to work as workspace, profile and global levels. For sure something that worth some discussion before spending more time on it. |

I like how the settings window is taking shape in Roo, and I'm glad you guys inherited it, but something that bothers me is that I can't access the mode/prompt editor from there (there is no tab for that).
To edit a prompt mode, I need to open the mode selector at the bottom and click on "edit". That's fine as a shortcut, but modes should also be accessible in settings, specially because there are global options there (like "Custom Instructions for All Modes" that we might later discuss why is there when you are editing a particular mode).
