Kilo Code extension button disappears when moving Kilo to the right side of VS Code which some users prefer. #459

Debug or find an elegant solution for making sure users can always change their preference of using Kilo in either the left or right column. Currently if you drag the iconbutton to the right, it disappears and it impossible to move back to the left column.
