I decided to give devstral a shot for a particularly complex orchestration task that even GPT 4.1 was struggling to parcel out correctly. I've now got a fully refactored code base that passes all tests!

@devlux76 thank you for sharing. For me devstral was fantastic in Code/Ask/Debug mode. deepseek-r1-0528 was great in Orch/Arch mode. Personally I think I prefer (for now) a thinking model for orchestration/arch purposes (especially with enhanced prompting).

We all should be somehow tracking/collecting data about what models people have found are good at which things.. somehow.

Yeh we need some kind of usage model statistics on default modes of kilo, as for me is a huge headache deciding which model is the best for each mode in terms of cost efficiency.
