Add a button to manage MCP Servers

It would be nice to have a button at the main interface, maybe at the right-botton, next to "Manage Kilo Code Rules", to easy access the MCP Servers configuration, similar to Cline. Different projects may requires different MCP so the button would be easy to get into configuration.

The button was there actually, it was removed to keep the interface cleaner as the servers are available via Settings anyway.

I don't have strong opinion on that, just commenting casually 😁 If many people will support this, we definitely can return it.
