Improve Prompt/API Calls Observability

At the moment, API Request window shows only a part of the real request (no system prompt, no rules) that can be confusing (as in #749). It would be great to improve this window by showing exactly what is sent to the provider. As there are a lot of things, I'd think about having some tabs or other visual improvements, not just to throw everything in a single text area.
