More user-friendly default provider names

Make it more explicit what users are getting, for eg "default" to "claude" if you're using Claude, etc.

The default should be Kilo Code - Claude 3.7 since we ship that with the extension. But it would be nice if it would come with a couple that we ship prefilled already. This is what my dropdown looks like for example:

And it would be really nice if it would automatically be called whatever the name is of the Provider API + Model
