When selecting Anthropic model allow credentials usage besides API Key

In Kilo, I’d like to make it possible to select Anthropic models (like Claude) using subscription credentials (Pro or Max Plan), not just through API keys. This would allow users with paid Anthropic subscriptions to access the relevant models directly, improving flexibility and usability.
