Button relocation and resizable prompt area

Please move the bottom right buttons "Manage Kilo Code Rules and Workflows" and "Feedback" either to top right corner (next to the other extension buttons) or alternatively in the extension settings.

By relocating those 2 buttons you would free some space at the bottom. You could use that space to increase the LLM/API response area (most important UI element imo). This is very beneficial for users/devs working on smaller screens (e.g. 13.6-15").

Also a setting to decrease the height of the prompt area would be great too especially on smaller screens.

Here's a screenshot of the kilo code extension on my 14" laptop at full HD resolution. I think the white space at the bottom should definitely be removed and used somewhere else (as I suggested to increase the model response area height). Also imo the prompt area height is too tall on a 14" laptop. Maybe you guys can make the prompt area collapsible or implement resolution based auto-scaling.
