[QoL feature] Model Selector Needs Different Behavior When Previously Populated With a Model

• Across all 3 ecosystems users are confused with the behavior of the model picker.
  -- When you go back to the picker, to change your model, the current model is shown
  -- Because of the filtering behavior of the picker for text already in it, the dropdown list will only show a limited number of models
  -- This confuses users all the time (Support answering guy here)

Proposed solution

• Keep the behavior of the dropdown WRT pre-selecting the text in the field when it gets focus
• Make the dropdown ignore the text that is in the field for filtering the list (ie. show all the models)
• As soon as the user starts typing the dropdown starts filtering according to the text
• ESC reverts the text back to the previously selected model

This is the behavior that most users expect, when they ask questions about this
