Kilo steals tab focus when writing code

Description

Kilo currently steals focus from the tab and frequently switches tabs to write in new or existing files. This is problematic because when one is typing in another window, suddenly Kilo switches to that new tab, which can cause compilation errors or issues with one's current project. Additionally, Kilo has to debug those extra keystrokes that were entered into the wrong file.

It appears that Kilo can write to a file even when it is not focused, suggesting a bug and not a limitation, because if one switches back to the original tab, Kilo continues working on the intended file.

Cursor is also able to write into files in the background without changing the user's current tab focus.

This will likely be fixed when we pull in the upstream Roo changes allowing background editing!

With background editing now included in the latest version as an experimental feature this solves this issue!
