Groq + Kimi K2: 400 max_tokens must be less than or equal to 16384

Description

Groq + Kimi K2 support seems to be added in this PR: #1324

However, there is an error while using it in Kilo Code VSCode extension. This error seems to be fixed in Roo Code: RooCodeInc/Roo-Code#5740

I tried 8863e50 right now, and it's working!

For anyone impatient who don't want to wait for the next release, you can immediately use the fixed version with the following (you may need to install git-lfs: git lfs install):
