64bit windows versions of 3rd party utilities ef3bbs and ef3usb #212
Description
When using new(er) Windows OS one cannot use 16-bit executables anymore... both ready-built ef3bbs.exe and ef3usb.exe unfortunetly are 16bit. I built them for 64bit, you can add them to repo or just leave them here :)
