`gripper_controllers` is deprecated in Kilted and later

The gripper_controllers package was replaced with a parallel_grippers_controller package in Kilted and later (current Rolling).

See moveit/moveit2_tutorials#1045 (review) for information on how to fix this.

@sea-bass thank you for pointing this one out. I'll have to fix the realtime_tools header files related build issues first to test the new gripper controller package.

@aalmrad In the meantime, we removed the gripper_controllers from rolling and kilted.
