FR: Show relevant alt recipes and some metrics on Visualise tab

When selecting/comparing alt recipes it gets frustrating having to switch between the Visualise and Settings tab, and makes is hard to see how the overall process changes sometimes.

I think it would be of benefit to show relevant recipe choices on the visualise screen so they can be easily selected. By relevant I mean only showing alt recipes for items that are part of the current process. So if I want to produce Cables, then I would like to see alt recipes for Copper Ingots, Wire, and Cable. This might also open up other recipe choices, like if I choose the Iron Wire recipe, then I no longer see anything for Copper Ingots but instead get to choose the alts for Iron Ingots.

To aid with comparison, it would also be good to see some simple metrics on the Visualise tab like there is on the Items tab, so total power required, and maybe also total number of buildings required?

Both can change depending on overclocking obviously, so maybe a total buildings with no overclocking (so. 7.15 constructors would show as 8 total) and another with maximum overclocking? So again, 7.15 constructor would show as 3 (two at 250% and a third at 215%).
