Feature Request: Pattern Feature

Description

A tool that enables users to efficiently replicate and arrange selected design elements or features along a circular path.

Functionality

1. User selects sketch entity that they want to pattern (circle, line, multiple lines, points, click and drag over multiple entities?)
2. User defines which axis they would like to pattern around (typically this is either an existing axis of a hole, an edge of the model, or the absolute coordinate system).
3. User defines the radial degree they want the pattern to extend (90 degrees, 120 deg, 360 deg, etc.). Users can reverse the direction
4. User defines how many repetitions they would like in the pattern.
5. Confirm.
