Allow button- or command-based rendering instead of always trying auto-rending

I think it would increase user experience if instead of the Zoo Design Studio always trying to automatically render, which can be laggy and expensive, there were a button to only explicitly render the code when desired, such as in normal IDEs where you have to explicitly run the code.
