[Vetting] Recording list shows completion status and supports hiding completed items

Background:
Reviewers need to see what remains to be reviewed and optionally hide completed items.

Requirements (Data Task Checklist):

• In the recording list, sidebar, or table, show per-file completion state for the current user (Completed / Not Completed).
• Add a filter or toggle to Hide completed (or Show only incomplete files).
• Ensure completion state is visible without opening each file.

Optional:

• Display a progress summary (for example: 127 / 300 completed).

Acceptance criteria:

• A reviewer can filter the list to show only uncompleted files.
• Completion state is visible without opening each file.
