Simplify parameters for job launching functions #1537
Description
This is probably my fault from before. I think we may want another PR/Issue where we swap all of these queueTraining and runTraining to just pass a full RunTraining Object instead of all these individual arguments. I don't think it needs to be done here because it will also touch the girder web version of the client as well.
