Improve SlicerNNUNet dependency checking #15
Description
SlicerNNUNet install logic only checks if the nnU-Net library is installed.
A lot of errors are reported related to the nnU-Net's direct dependencies.
Adding a check on sub dependencies / versioning compatibility could greatly improve install experience.
