Minimal version of npm/node required?

On my home system I had issues building guide4you although I was a rather recent version of node. It turned out that npm was outdated (by accident I wasn't using the system's one but one hiding elsewhere in the search path). Anyway, this brought to my attention that you need a recent version of node/npm to build guide4you. I suggest adding a page on building guide4you to the wiki and have it contain a "with these versions of node/npm it is known to build" section. I volunteer to write it 😄

You could also just add the engines field to the package.json:

note that a node field is mandatory if you want to use the engines entry
