Long-Read Sequencing

Thanks for creating this resource :) Do you plan to add long-read techniques to the sequencing tree? Here are a few:

• Isoform Sequencing (Iso-seq) The link has a list of studies that used this method :)

• SMRT-Cappable-seq

The way I understand the tree is that it's based on techniques and not necessarily technology? still, I hope you find the suggestions useful.
