no 'molecularly_interacts_with' relation in histogram but is in edges file

In the default view, I am not seeing the 'molecularly_interacts_with' relation in histogram but it is in the edges file.

If you zoom out with the '+' button in the plot, then 'molecularly_interacts_with' appears but other relations disappear. In zoom out there is also extra blank canvas so Plot.ly is having some issues with scaling this plot. One thought was perhaps the y-axis font size is too large.

looks like the top 20 slice was removed - so @realmarcin I think you are right you'll need to make the font size smaller or the chart larger to fit all the labels
