how to set player location relative to the map

so if i had a starter room and id like the player to be slightly to the left how would i do that?

it wasnt in the wiki so it was a bit confusing

You need to set it manually. See this code in Sample Project:

what about the level transitions? i have the correct nodes but they dont line up

If you are using RoomTransitions module, the only way (aside from modifying its code) is to make sure the room contents are aligned. You can use neighbor previews to determine it, see #18 (comment)
