Describe the bug

After setting the global inline, new created RFRs will ignore it and choose not to be inline

To Reproduce

Numbered steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. k!rfr edit inline, all, y
2. Create a new rfr
3. add 2-3 roles to the rfr
4. not inline :(

Expected behaviour

When set, the inline should stay inline until told otherwise and new created ones should be the same as the set choice
