feat: create real working SSE client with connect/disconnect

- Created sse_client_real.html with actual FastMCP connection
- Real-time SSE connection to http://localhost:8000/sse
- Connect/Disconnect buttons with connection status
- Live response display for all weather tools
- Real-time logs showing all events and messages
- Auto-connect to localhost on page load
- Fallback mock responses when server unavailable
- Updated health endpoint to serve real client
