How should disabled device behave

I have set 2 Ikea lamps to be disabled. After the change also reset to aigbee2mqtt.
Both lamps have also setting to be pinged every 60 minutes. Availabilty with timeout 60.

I thought when making them disabled there should not be any pinging for them.

But in the zigbee2mqtt log there is this (every 60 minutes):

Is this normal?
