I also read a article about sensory and it sounds very interesting. The question is would it be possible to integrate it into z2m?

This announcement by CSA is now over a year old.
Since then, the only implementation I’m aware of is Philips Hue’s MotionAware feature.

Are there any plans to implement this into Zigbee2MQTT?
Perhaps this could be done either in collaboration with CSA or by implementing Sensify from Ivani, which was also mentioned in that article from TheVerge?
