[New device support] : TZ3210_zana8d08 - Smart Curtain Switch Module MOES

Hello,
I'm having a hard time configuring my new MOES shutter module: https://moeshouse.com/products/zigbee-smart-curtain-switch-module-mini-design-app-remote-control?variant=50187664097595.
I chose this module because it's smaller than the Moes | MS-108ZR, which works perfectly (I'm not using the RF antenna).
It's recognized as a Tuya TS130F, but with features like Indicator Mode and Backlight Mode that aren't used on a module.
It's wired like the MS-108ZR, but the physical button doesn't work properly. The only button that works is the STOP button to open the shutter.
Please give me a little help.

Glad to see I'm not crazy. Had tried to rebuild my Zigbee network 2 times because of those.
Did you find a solution, or did you go with another module brand or approach?

There are only 2 solutions:

1. throw your module in the trash and buy another
2. (the hardest think to do) buy one switch module which turns off for 5 seconds every 10 hours and then turns back on (you have to do an automation, like I did), but I tell you right away that it took me forever to do all the wiring in those small terminals, because you will need some more cables

Or use a circuit breaker such as this one and turn off and back on the relevant circuit via scheduled automation. I have 8 of these Moes shutter switches on two diff circuits which reboot every other day.

Hello, I agree with you.
After a few weeks of use, these modules are unstable and I have to turn off the power to use them again.
I will file a complaint with the manufacturer. They may have a firmware update.

Exact same issue here with all 8 devices wired in.. I don’t have a Tuya gateway to check whether they have any firmware updates available for this device. Has anyone tried with a Tuya gateway?

@T0t032OO7 In order to get the open, close and stop to work, you most likely need to configure the switch type.

To do so, in Z2M use the "Dev console" for that device – as per your screenshot in French that's "Console de dévelopment".

Then select Menu Specific Tuya 3 cluster and select switchType under attribute then type 2 in the input box and press the 'write' button. You can confirm the value by pressing 'read'. The factory default value being 1.

These curtain switch work well with my shutter however like describe in some comments above after a period of time, they become unresponsive and even the hardwired buttons stop responding :-(

Z2M – Support new Tuya devices might provide some useful clues..

My Zigbee connection has been down for a few days, but my shutter modules are working perfectly: it's the Zigbee module that's causing all the malfunctions.
