Enable watchdog in Alpine install

Hi all

I used the proxmox helper script to install zigbee2mqtt in Alpine on Proxmox LXC.
I would like to enable the watchdog feature to restart z2m process on failures or loss of contact to the zigbee adapter.

Im not sure how to do this in Alpine. Can any one help ?

This can be achieved by setting the Z2M_WATCHDOG environment variable in the script where you start z2m (docs)

It seems there are different ways to do it in Alpine.
Some say to add environment variables to /etc/lbu/lbu.conf or /etc/profile or etc/environment

Maybe I should just switch to Debian where I can find it in /etc/systemd/system/zigbee2mqtt.service
