ZBT not saving config on restart

I posted the text in the HA forum,thought I'd try here also.

New HA user (about 3 months),
It took a bit to get it working but it “was” working. The main reason I purchased a ZBT-2 was to get rid of my my HUE Hub gen1. I had my 5 lights connected and working with zigbee2mqtt.
One the intitial setup when I start/open ZBT I had to add the network to get to the main page. When I restart I loose all devices and end up at the main configuration page again. I add the network and no devices appear. I checked my conguration.yaml files and they are there. I also tried and reinstalled three files from backup…no luck populating my devices. On initial start up page it does not show my zigbee device (ZBT-2). What am I missing ?
