What does/doesn't work with the external definition?

The device show not supported device label and I am not able to set a custom converter meaning the zigbee2mqqt does not find it anywhere. I used paths /share/zigbee2mqtt/custom_converters and even /config/zigbee2mqtt/custom_converters
