What happened?

Hi...
I have a french model with HVIN : e2313 not e2001/e2002/... with firmware 2.4.17
It was ipossible to bind it directly with zigbee2mqtt. Log said :
z2m: Failed to configure '0xfc4d6afffe061cc1', attempt 4 (Error: Bind 0xfc4d6afffe061cc1/1 genOnOff from '0x00124b002a2e2d73/1' failed (AREQ - ZDO - bindRsp after 10000ms) at Object.start
To pair it, i must approach the e2313 near a LED2109G6 with the pair button pushed, and when i can control the LED2109G6, after some minutes, i can see the e2313 with zigbee2mqtt and Jeedom.
When i do an action with the e2313, i can't see the modification in jeedom, but i can change the value in jeedom.

Then bind to light in the Bind tab?

Hi… i obtained the Log when i paired with z2m by 4xreset-button press.
I will keep this remote like this and will buy an other to make all the you need.

No problem with the same remote (new hardware revision) here. Sonoff Dongle-P and z2m 2.7.1 and 2.7.2.

Your dongle firmware is outdated, maybe do an upgrade? I have Revision: 20250321.

Did you press a button on the remote, before starting the bind from the GUI? When the remote is asleep, any operations will time out.

What I see is that when I add the remote to z2m it's immediately offline. This only happens with the latest firmware,

I have another remote with outdate firmware which is operating normal. Also this switch worked normal, until I updated the firmware. I think I cannot downgrade the firmware because I do not have a stable connection.

Hi,
i have updated my dongle, and I bought a new remote. It's the same model and firmware than the first one and I could be join the zigbee network without issue.
