Description
What happened?
I have two SONOFF MINI-ZBRBS and after calibrating them using the Auto-calibration button if you set for instance to position at 50%, the blind opens only at about 30%.
The motor brand is Somfy, a very reputable and common in Europe.
The current in the motor is about 0.4 A and it ceases consuming power inmediatly when reaches the end positions.
Using manual calibration they work correctly, but the manual calibration is more imperfect than the auto-calibration mode, which measures movement behaviour also in small strokes.
i have written to Somfy, but they don't solve anything.
I fact, these units have a problem that many times they do not respond to the first touch but to the second. They have corrected this problem in a recen firmware version (1.1.0 (4352) (20251209), but the auto-calibration problem remains.
I am an electronic engineer, so I can help measuring and diagnosing the problem, but I don't know where else to look.
What did you expect to happen?
I expect that after auto-calibration the position of the blinds coincide with the desired one
How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)
Auto-calibrate the module and test wether the calibration is accurate. Now it is not.
