Notes

I understand that there are some many whitelabels and models for these Tuya devices. However, other than changing the images manually, I was wondering is there any way to use a different identifier, so we can seperate both the UK and EU variant of this device?

Manufacturers can use the same firmware (and therefore the same identifiers) for all variants: region/color/designs.
I don't see a way to fix it, other than submitting multiple images and implementing a selector in the user interface.

Yeah, thought as much especially when it comes to Tuya devices. A selector UI seems like a good idea, if feasible.

upload the device png to device_icons folder inside the zigbee2mqtt folder (create it if needed, if using HA OS this is located in the root -> addon_configs), then in device setting page -> icon, use for example device_icons/CMA30036-black.png

I'm aware, but the issue is in regards to implementing a non-manual process.
