[NIKO 552-721X2] Double Connected Switch - Right actions not working in decoupled mode

What happened?

Since the update to Z2M 2.7.2, the Niko switch no longer sends an action on the right switch. Physically clicking the switch no longer does anything. I can still control the switch through Z2M and HASS.

What did you expect to happen?

I should be able to control the light using the physical switch and receive an action like single_right or hold_right

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Update Z2M to 2.7.2.
Set Niko switch in decoupled mode.

Observing this in the log:
"payload":[{"attrId":2,"dataType":27,"attrData":16384}]
but seeing this in ZHC niko.ts source (line 62):
switchAction: {ID: 0x0002, type: Zcl.DataType.UINT8, write: true, max: 0xff},
I think it should be:
switchAction: {ID: 0x0002, type: Zcl.DataType.UINT64, write: true, max: 0xffff},
instead. I tried this and then the 2nd channel actions work correctly.

I realized that all integers are 10-based, not 16 (hex). Therefore type 27 is 0x1b and the type should be BITMAP32.

I adjusted and tested this and made a pull request.
