What does/doesn't work with the external definition?

The engine is not working at all. The device is not detected in zigbee2mqtt. It is impossible to open or close the curtains. The status (open-closed) is not displayed. I can't stop the engine.

👋 Hi there! A similar Tuya device of which the manufacturer name also ends with _bjzrowv2 is already supported.
This means the device can probably be easily be supported by re-using the existing converter.

I found the following matches: _TZE200_bjzrowv2, _TZE204_bjzrowv2
Try to stop Z2M, change all occurrences of _TZE284_bjzrowv2 in the data/database.db to one of the matches above and start Z2M.
