Travis out of credits

https://travis-ci.com/github/Koka/odbc-rs says "Builds have been temporarily disabled for public repositories due to a negative credit balance" - not sure if you want to have the fun of dealing with Travis's OSS credits allocation, or would prefer to move to another CI?
