Enable API call as an secondary options with faster-whisper

Hi,
I am using RealtimeSTT however, I have trouble when the machine I uses is not able to run STT model with an good level of accuracy. I have multiple machines some without GPU. I would like to be able to have an option to transcribe with an Cloud-based STT services. I am happy to implemented it and have a pull request for you to check.
Are you interested to add this feature ?

Main transcription is running in a separate process which makes isolating transcription a bit harder. If you can abstract away the transcription provider, I'd love to take a PR for this.
