Feat (Insomnia): Create a repo from Github/Gitlab during Create/Edit Project workflow #3665

Users should be able to create a GitHub or GitLab repository directly from the Create/Edit Project modal in Insomnia.
This removes the need to leave Insomnia, manually create a repository on the provider’s website, and return to complete project setup.
Definition of done
- Document the new capability to create a GitHub/GitLab repository from within Insomnia during the project creation or project editing workflow.
- Update the existing doc (https://developer.konghq.com/how-to/synchronize-with-git/) to:
- Describe the new UI controls that allow repository creation inside the modal.
